Battle of the Chefs is an Iron Chef-like competition where teams create 5 dishes in 1 hour.
The Chefs and their teams will cook with ingredients from 2 sources:
Food from the It's All About the Kids® Feed The Kids Food Pantry
Food, craft beer, wine, spirits from the Event Partners
Judges included Taja V. Simpson, Amber Fields of Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation, Arthur Q Johnson, and past competitor: Chef Christopher Gardner.
The MC for the event is the fabulous Melissa Mae, Arena Host and reporter for the San Diego Sockers, and professional television/multi-media co-host, commercial actress, spokesperson, lifestyle and fitness model.
Entertainment by DJ Scott Roberts with a special performance by violinist Melissa Barrison.
